We would say to print out on a regular paper before printing on frosting sheet in order to make sure the template matches the circles. So that we can avoid wasting frosting sheets. The easiest way would be:

Method to Add Pictures to the Circles

1. Open the template in MS word

2. Click the circle outline and you will see something like this below image:

3. Now from the top menu of word document toolbar, you will see the tab name Format -> Click on Shape Fill -> Click on Picture and Insert.

4. Print regular A4 sheet.

5. Place the regular sheet on a clean surface.

6. Now bring the 1.25" or 2" or any size circle sheet and place on the regular sheet.

7. Hold both the sheets (printed and the precut circle sheet) and bring in front of a light assuming you are looking into the light.

8. In this way, you can easily see through the two sheets to match the pattern.

If there is a little mismatch, you can go back to the template in Microsoft word and just do the little adjustment required. This might be required sometimes due to a different version of Microsoft version used at customer end or the frosting sheets batch cutting template used at our vendor end.
